Child's Pose, 10 rounds of Dirgha Pranayama (3-part breath)

Cat/Cow Rolls (5 sets)

C-Curves (5 sets)

Downward Dog (pedal feet, stretch legs, then 5 complete breaths)

5 Half Salutes

5 Full Salutes
