10/09/2011 09:32I will be offering Yoga for Runners & Athletes periodically at several different locations. Check the current schedule for locations, dates, and times!
This class is perfect for the runner, triathlete, or sports enthusiast seeking to balance the effects of training. Repetitive movement and intense training can create physical imbalances that negatively affect performance and sometimes even lead to injury. We will work on creating flexibility in areas that are chronically tight while strengthening areas that are typically underdeveloped, all while exploring proper breathing techniques. We will also delve into the psychological aspects of yoga that help to improve focus and concentration.
